In order to standardize the teaching skills and improve the working enthusiasm of the teachers and award the outstanding personnel, our hospital organized competition of Patient-Physician communication of the standardized training of residents from October 18th to 19th.
This training and competition was divided into three groups: internal medicine, surgery and special survey. The internal medicine group and surgery group set Patient-Physician questions based on the professional features, the special survey group focused on the operation of CPR which improved the competitors' rescue abilities.
The competition mocked reality scene by standardized patients that made a preliminary attempt for the training and popularization of it; the enriched training content paid more attention to medical humanistic knowledge which received favorable comments from the competitors.
