The 2nd Healthy China Forum which was hosted by Chinese Health Association was held from December 1 to 3 in Hangzhou City. Former Minister of Ministry of Health Gao Qiang and deputy Minister Yin Dakui attended the Forum. Yao Gaiqi from the 3rd Affiliated Hospital of Peking University was elected as Director and Deputy President Xiao Qiang from our hospital was elected as Deputy Director.
Health Science Popularization Committee of Chinese Health Association will reach the goals of popularization of health science, understanding of healthy life, reduction of medical costs, and prolongation of life through popularization of health science knowledge, propaganda of scientific health concept, and improvement of health literacy.
Chinese Health Association is a state level association in health management industry, it was sponsored by more than 50 units including General Hospital of PLA and Beijing Hospital, it was authorized by state Council on April 20,2016. It will follow the principle of offering service to public health, benefiting the senior citizens, responsible for society, and sharing worries of the country and reach the goal of building Healthy China through implementation of health management.
