On December 12, inspection group from Shandong Standardized Training of Residents Organization came to our hospital which was led by director Yu Shui.
Director Yu said that the goal of this inspection is not grading but improving the construction of Standardized Training of Residents Base. President Li Changqin extended welcome to the experts and said we would make further improvement on the relevant works. Deputy Yang Xiaowen did the report about works of standardized training of residents.
The inspecting group was divided into Administration Group and Clinical Medicine Group to conduct field assessments on Internal Medicine Department, Surgery Department, Pediatrics Department and Emergency Department through debriefing, materials consultation, field inspection, discussion, teaching rounds, practical skills assessment and theoretical examinations. The experts carried out all-round inspection on basic conditions, organization, training quality and supporting measures of the works of standardized training of residents in our hospital.The experts gave full affirmation to our works on proactive supporting measures, stimulation system of clinical teachers, and completed clinical skills measures, and made further requests on processing administration, skills training, cases check, teaching rounds and information administration after the inspection.
