The Founding Congress of Shandong Hospital Association Administrative Management Committee (Party Works) was held in Jinan City from December 22nd to 23rd. President Li Changqin was elected as deputy director, deputy party secretary Hu Jiangong was elected as member of standing committee, and director xv Xueguo from Office of Party Works was elected as the member of it. Director Qin Chengyong of Shandong Hospital Association did the work report of 2017, and the congress was hosted by deputy director and general secretary Shan Baode.
Administrative Management Committee (Party Works) was founded under the guidance of Shandong Hospital Association, Shandong Health & Family Planning Committee, Department of Civil Affairs of Shandong Province, and Chinese Hospital Association. It aims at adopting the spirit of 19th Congress and deepening the reform of public hospital. It will offer more training and academic communication on the implementation of medical policies and improvement of "Healthy Shandong" Strategy with its over 150 members. Experts and scholars from Ministry of Health and Shandong University delivered speeches on Comprehensive Implementation of "Healthy China" Strategy, Projects Management of Enhancement of Hospital Competitiveness, and Working Skills of Hospital Office.
