Opening Ceremony was Hosted by Deputy Party Secretary Hu Jiangong
On January, The 7th Meeting of the 6th Staff and Labor Unionist Congress was held at our hospital. Party Secretary Liu Jianbo, Deputy Party Secretary and President Li Changqin, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Labor Union Hu Jiangong, Secretary of Dicipline Inspection Commission Niu Yushen, deputy president Jia Qingwei, Yang Xiaowen, Xiao Qiang, Wang Junqin togehter with 101 official delegates, 98 non-voting delegates and 8 specially invited delegates attended, the meeting was hosted by Hu Jiangong.
Liu Jianbo said that we would advance the implementation of “Healthy China Strategy” and guarantee the healthy development in all aspects of our hospital by seizing the opportunity and hard working; achieve the goal of 2018 by greater responsibility and proper implementation; ensure the healthy development of our hospital under the leadership of political development and discipline construction; let Staff Congress play a crucial part in democratic decision-making and administration by sound system and perfect procedure.
President Li Changqin did the work report under the title of Seeking Improvement in Stability, Comprehensively Deepening Reform, Advancing High-quality Development, and Achieving the Goal the 13th Five-year-plan. He reviewed the works of our hospital on 8 aspects: comprehensively deepening medical reform and making new progress by multiple measures and high efficiency; promoting medical quality and service levels by standardization construction; improving talent training quality by Talent Strategy; boosting science and education development; lifting operation level by refined administration; performing the duty of state-owned hospital by targeted poverty alleviation; promoting the works of people’s lives to a new high by co-construction and sharing with our staff; strengthening Party building works in all respects by normalization and institutionalization of “Two Studies, One Action”. He said that our hospital is still facing many ordeals and challenges from national policies and ourselves, we should envisage realities, solve problems by the spirits of responsibilities and innovations. We should do our works under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characterististics for a new era, implement strategic deployment of the 19th Congress, follow the leadership of CPC, never forget our original mission, stick to “Four Consciousness”, “Four Confidence” and new development idea, continue to deepen comprehensive reform of state-owned hospital, and advance the development of our hospital. We will focus on the following tasks in 2018: providing the political guarantee by strict administration; comprehensive boosting standardization construction by the review of first-class tertiary hospital; advancing high-quality development by strengthening reform of state-owned hospital; raising core competiveness by “Talent Strategy”; enlarging the influence of our hospital by outstanding disciplines; improving clinical education by the construction of Qilu Medical University.

The delegates were divided into five groups to discuss and deliberate work report of president, work report of labor union, auditing report of expenditure of labor union, budget and final accounts report of hospital finance, and report of audit works after the opening ceremony.
