On March 1st, Hospital Quality and Safety Administration Committee Meeting was held in our hospital. President and director of committee Li Changqin, deputy Party secretary and deputy director Hu Jiangong, deputy president and deputy director Jia Qingwei, Yang Xiaowen, Wang Junqin together with all the members attended, and the meeting was hosted by Yang Xiaowen.
At first, 2017 Quality Evaluation and Medical Adverse Events of clinical and medical technology departments were reported which set explicit goals of 2018. Then, Nursing Quality and Safety Administration Committee and Infectious Diseases Control Administration Committee reported the implementations and insufficiency of quality and safety works and listed the improvement measures and goals for the coming year. Members of the committee had discussions and offered constructive proposals which ensured the sustainable development of our hospital. At last, Li Changqin made comments on all the works done by the committees, he requested all the staffs should work by “Quality, Safety, Service, Administration and Efficiency”, integrate quality administration works with the whole procedure of PDCA, and make contribution to the new prospects of hospital works.
