On March 7th, State-owned Hospital Performance Appraisal Group inspected the performance of 2017 performance indicators of our hospital under the leadership of director Meng Dong of Shandong Medical Administration Office. All the leaders and persons-in-charge of relevant departments attended the debriefing.
Meng Dong introduced the purpose and procedure of the appraisal. Party Secretary Liu Jianbo extended welcome to the inspection group. President Li Changqin did the report which covering basic information of the hospital, special professional works, integrated administration, satisfaction of publics, and existing problems and plans. We actively performed the duties of First-class tertiary hospital, continuously carried out standardization construction, deepened medical reforms, steadily implemented talents strategy, completed institutional construction, put forward delicacy management, intensified Party conduct and working style construction, carried out high-quality nursing services, and optimized out-patient services. Our hospital made steady development in all works.
Inspection group checked the archives, conducted job satisfaction survey after the report, and gave full affirmation of works of implementation of policies and completion of performance appraisal indicators. At last, Meng Dong had field inspection at Cultural Corridor, Neonatology Department, Sterilization Supply Center accompanied with Party Secretary Liu Jianbo, President Li Changqin and deputy President Yang Xiaowen.
