On May 17th, Medical Self-service System of our hospital was officially launched after a week of trial run.
In the clinic hall and on all floors, there are more than 30 medical self-service machines. By entering these operating systems, patients can complete operations such as file-issuing, self-service recharge, medical records purchase, and diagnosis and treatment inquiries. This not only improves the efficiency of medical treatment, but also makes medical treatment more convenient.
According to information, medical self-service machines will be put into all the wards. Patients can complete hospitalization fees, cost inquiries, and daily list printing operations without leaving the ward.
The Medical Self-service System took social security cards and bank cards as the basic carrier and self-service documentation, card recharging, and inquiries as the main contents, and integrated charging, payment, and medical treatment together, which maximally reduced the waiting time and improved patients’ experience.
