On November 21st, the Inaugural Meeting of Medical Imaging Remote Consultation Center and Medical Imaging Specialist Alliance and Neurology Specialist Alliance was held in Tai’an City. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director Ni Qingbin, Director Zhang Canhong of Medical Administration Office from Tai'an Health Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President Li Changqin and Deputy President Wang Junqin from our hospital, and Chairman of Lianzhong Medical Chai Xueting attended the meeting. There are more than 30 local hospitals joined this project which was led by our hospital. The project will open a new chapter in smart medical care in Tai'an city.
The "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Construction and Development of Medical Consortiums" issued in April 2017 pointed out that the development of medical associations is an important step and institutional innovation for deepening medical reform. In July, the General Office of the Shandong Provincial Government issued the “Work Plan for the Promotion of the Construction of Medical Alliance in Shandong Province”, proposed to carry out remote imaging diagnosis and two-way referral services, and built a systematic remote medical service system. In order to implement the spirit of the national, provincial and municipal medical reform, our hospital actively promoted the construction of the medical alliance, and planned the construction of a Medical Imaging Remote Consultation Center and Medical Imaging Specialist Alliance and Neurology Specialist Alliance of Tai'an City. The Department of Medical Imaging is a key medical and health discipline in Shandong Province, a key clinical specialty in Shandong Province, a key medical discipline in Tai'an City, and a standardized training base for residents.The Medical Imaging Remote Consultation Center will be supported by discipline’s technology, give full play to the superior resources, and promote the quality medical resources to the grassroots level and solve the imaging diagnosis of primary medical institutions. The project was implemented by Hangzhou Lianzhong Medical Technology Co., Ltd., based on the “Global Imaging” cloud medical service platform. It is reported that at the beginning of the completion of the center, more than 300 image reports were issued for grassroots hospitals, realizing that “data run more and patients run less”, effectively facilitating grassroots patients and effectively solving the problem of people’s medical treatment. .
The inaugural meeting will actively promote the sustainable and healthy development of "Internet + Medical Health" in Tai'an City, accelerate the realization of medical resources and information technology sharing, business efficiency and synergy, and build a new pattern of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in Tai'an City. At the same time, it will facilitate the masses to seek medical treatment, promote the overall improvement of the level and quality of primary medical services, and gradually narrow the gap between medical and health services for urban and rural residents.
